This Theory of Action maps the specific pathways for intervention to control anthrax in the local food systems of Ikolomani sub-County in Kakamega County. It maps the objectives, activities, milestones and outcomes of the proposed interventions, ultimately leading to the transformation of Ikolomani into a model sub-County by eliminating anthrax and improving the health and economic outcomes of the residents.
